College of Arts and Social Sciences

Established on November 21, 2000, through Board Resolution No. 64, s. 2000, the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) serves as the University’s most diverse academic unit, offering liberal arts programs and providing General Education and foundational courses to other colleges. It offers undergraduate programs such as AB Psychology, AB Communication, AB English Language Studies, and the newly approved Bachelor of Human Services, as well as graduate programs including the MA in English Language and MA in Counseling. Committed to holistic education, CASS fosters critical thinking, creativity, research, and community involvement, fulfilling its mission of producing well-rounded graduates prepared for a dynamic global society.

College of Architecture and Fine Arts

In March 6, 1984, the five-year BS Architecture curriculum of Tarlac College of Technology was approved by the Commission on Higher Education. The curriculum was offered under the Institute of Engineering, Architecture and Technical-Vocation Education or IEATV.

College of Business and Accountancy

The College of Business and Accountancy shall seek to strengthen its position as a center of excellence in undergraduate business education, upholding the vision, mission, and values of the Tarlac State University.

College of Criminal Justice Education

The field of criminology is a study of crime and the various agencies of justice as they operate and react to crime, criminals and the victims. it is therefore the mission of the College of Criminal Justice Education – Criminology program to provide the community with professionally competent and morally upright graduates who can deliver efficient and effective services in crime prevention, crime detection and investigation, law enforcement, and the custody and the rehabilitation of offenders

College of Engineering

The College of Engineering envisions to be recognized for excellence in the fields of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, and Electronics Engineering. It aims to produce globally competitive professional engineers imbued with desirable work ethics, leadership, and technical capability to respond to the challenges of humanity.

College of Industrial Technology

The College of Industrial Technology aims to provide education and training in various aspects of industrial and manufacturing processes to response to local, national and international (Industrial Technology) manpower needs and to integrate the required technical knowledge and skills of industrial technology principles with desirable values, work ethics and skills competency that allows them to be immediately competitive in the industry.

College of Public Administration and Governance

The College of Public Administration shall provide a comprehensive range of quality public administration programs and services which aims to advance the study and practice of public administration and to produce professionals in the discipline, economy, politics, education, public service and other related disciplines for local, national and global development.

College of Science

The College of Science was established on November 21, 2000 by virtue of
Board Resolution No. 64, s. 2000. It continues to render service to 10 other colleges in
the University by taking care of the provision of the General Education (GE) courses,
the basic social sciences, and other foundation courses for professional training.

School of Law

“The TSU School of Law was established in 2008 as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Tarlac Chapter’s project. The School is currently offering Juris Doctor, Refresher, and Master of Laws Programs primarily to the Province of Tarlac, but has extended its doors to the North and Central Luzon. The School also has an active Clinical Legal Education Program, which operates through its official legal aid clinic, the Marc Andre Marcos Legal Aid Center, and has continuously made justice accessible to Tarlaqueños.”
